Our personalized massage can include any of our massage specialties- sports, pain relief, or relaxation. These massage specialties can and may be combined within the same session. Your session will be completely personalized based on your goals and situation. Sports massage is a custom crafted massage for a variety of athletic situations. From pre-event muscle activation to sports related injuries and everything in between. Sports massage helps active individuals looking for: increased ROM, faster recovery, injury prevention, and more. Pain relief massage is ideal for those experiencing chronic pain or injury. We treat muscle pain with a variety of approaches including, heat, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, stretching, and cupping. Relaxation massage is our form of Swedish massage. Our massage therapists use techniques for maximum relaxation including gliding strokes, lighter touch, and a continuous flow. Relaxation massage is not recommended for those suffering from chronic pain or injuries. Any add-ons or tools can be included at no additional cost. Still have questions? Cancellation Policy
SA SPORTS MASSAGE - SERVICE BOOKING POLICY Booking & Payment Book in advance online or by contacting us. Full payment or an eligible session credit is required at booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Cancellation & Rescheduling At least 24 hours before your appointment: cancel or reschedule without penalty. Prepaid session charges will be refunded or credited, and any session credit restored. Less than 24 hours before your appointment, with notice: a $40 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies. Any prepaid amount above the fee will be refunded or credited. Membership credits are retained. No-call/no-show: the full session payment or booked membership credit is forfeited. No additional $40 fee applies. Late Arrivals & Session Time Late arrivals receive only the remaining scheduled time; appointments end as scheduled. The full session charge or credit applies. Scheduled time includes consultation, hands-on work, and post-session recommendations. Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Health & Safety Do not attend with fever or a contagious illness; contact us promptly to reschedule. Disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, and changes in your health before treatment. We may modify, postpone, or decline treatment when massage may be unsafe. Health-related cancellations follow the cancellation policy unless an exception is granted. Health Acknowledgment & Consent Massage does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult your healthcare provider about medical concerns before receiving massage. Complete required intake and consent forms, and tell your therapist promptly about pain or discomfort. You may request changes or stop the session at any time. Refunds & Credits Refunds and credits follow the cancellation rules above, except as required by law. Issued session credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Membership credit expiration and other membership benefits follow your membership terms. Professional Conduct We may refuse or end service for unsafe or inappropriate behavior or policy violations. Sexual comments, requests, or contact result in immediate termination of the session. By booking, you agree to this policy and the applicable cancellation and no-show charges.
