Cancellation Policy

SA Sports Massage – Individual Session Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. Missed appointments without prior notice (“no-shows”) result in a full charge for the session. 3. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. Full payment is required regardless of the time missed due to tardiness. 4. Health & Safety Clients experiencing illness, fever, contagious conditions, or recent injuries must reschedule. If a session is canceled due to health concerns, our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies. SA Sports Massage reserves the right to refuse service if a client presents symptoms that could pose a risk to others. 5. Refunds & Credits Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. Session credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 6. Session Duration & Expectations Sessions include consultation, hands-on work, and post-treatment recommendations. Please arrive on time and ready for your session. 7. Liability Waiver By booking a session, you acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. You confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions and will update your therapist if there are any changes. SA Sports Massage and its therapists are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction resulting from massage therapy services. You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being before, during, and after each session. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult your healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy. 8. Right to Refuse Service SA Sports Massage reserves the right to refuse service due to inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with policies, or at the discretion of management. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
